This is a commercial camouflage netting with Finnish M05 camouflage printing. This particular netting is claimed to be NIR-compliant (not to glare when viewed through NVDs).

It is very lightweight ripstop fabric, easy to carry and it moves in wind like real foliage. It is also quite effective visually.
